Q: Can I have multiple users on one License key ?

A: Imos Keys sold are single-user access—a single user can access, activate and use. Users cannot share a key, but you can purchase additional stand-alone licenses key and then assign those to different users.


Q: Do I need to connect to the Internet to use imos?

A: You don’t need to be online to use imos on your computer An Internet connection is needed initially to install and activate on desktop / while exporting order to factory / for online updates


Q: Can I install imos on multiple computers & use on one computer at a time

A: No , you can install one License key on one computer only


Q: Can imos work in Lan, if I buy a single license

A: Imos Keys sold are single-user access , cannot work in LAN


Q: Can imos order be exported to another computer

A: Yes , can be exported to another computer up to certain level ,but there are chances of getting database mismatch


Q: Can Indoline view quote given by dealer to customer

A: Yes , but up to certain level, till the quote is made in imos, once exported to PDF/Excel/Word edited cannot view the same.


Q: Can dealer incorporate his logo in quotation

A: Yes, dealer can incorporate his logo in quotation


Q: How can I shift one License from once computer to another

A: It can be shifted , but it has to be detached from existing computer and then reinstall on another computer , In case of formatting the old PC the license needs to be detached and then format


Q: How can contact customer care for support

A: You need to mail all your issues/queries at support.imos@indoline.in our service executive will revert back to you.


Q:How long can I continue to use my License?

A:Imos plan link license can be used for 1 year from the date of invoice. After that you can renew your license for next year.


Q:How long can I work in offline mode?

A:You can work in offline mode up to 13 days from last internet connectivity.

So you must be connected your system with internet on 14thday or before that.


Q:If I don’t connect till 14th day with internet, what will happen?

A:Your access to imos plan by offline will be locked. But as soon as you will connect your system with internet and log into imos plan,

it will get activated.


Q: What happens in case if I don't renew the license after one year

A: in that case you imos license will work for next 14 days of non renewal and then request you to update the system.


Q:Can I use my License in MAC-iOS system?

A: 1.You have to creates a virtual machine (VM) or a virtual copy of your current Windows PC inside your Mac. You can then install Windows in the virtual machine, just as you would install any operating system on a regular computer. after that you can install the imos plan link in MAC-ISO system.

2.With Boot Camp, you can install Microsoft Windows 10 on your Mac, then switch between macOS and Windows when restarting your Mac.


Q:Why can I not log into imos applications?

A:Multiple imos applications must have access to the internet (especially IX 2019 sr2 plan ). First of all,

check whether you are connected to the internet and whether your log in data is correct; change your password and try again if necessary.

If this does not work, check your router and firewall settings. You can find relevant settings Capture_1.JPG

If this does not work either, a defective Sentinel License driver might be the problem. You can find the driver setup among the program setup files - install it again.

Q:How can I select a specific database during the start of imos?

A:To select a specific database during the start of imos, in first place it is necessary to enable to login dialog for the start of imos.

When the login dialog appears the following procedure is required:

1.Define the name(user details)

2.Enter the password

3.Confirm with ENTER

4.Define the server

5.If the server has been changed it is necessary to delete the entered database

6.Select the database

7.Confirm with ENTER (or use the green checkmark)
