A: When imos does not start, the reason could be that the SQL Server process is not activated.
Start “Services” and search for the service “SQL Server (….)” for the SQL Server used by imos. Click on "Restart Service". Capture_2.JPG
If necessary, check in the properties of the service (right-click on the desired service and then click “Properties” in the shortcut menu) whether the Start mode of the service is set to “Automatic”.
If not, set the Start mode to “Automatic”.Capture_3.JPG
Then start imos as usual.

1)Run the ix organizer.
2)Click on order manager.

5)Fill up the Header data cap 12.jpg
Header data can be defined for a project or an order. The data are taken from the imos order data or they can be freely edited on the tab Header data.
6)Next fill the customer data cap 13.jpg
Either a customer can be selected from the main data or a customer can be manually entered in the tab.
7)After filling the all data click on save and by clicking on order in cad same order open in cad for designing .now you can start the Designing cap 15.jpg
